 Sold for the securities in the account and arranged the fund namely: transferred to both sons CDN 50,000 by wire transfer. The remaining was divided to two parts: 2,000,000 transfer to Jimmy for transferring to Canadian fund remaining of approx. 500K was used to purchase a life insurance of 50K US life insurance policy. with no cancellation for the first 36 months. A 5% dividend will be starting after the first 25 months. A 3% discount was applied the setup of the account.
